Ancient Trees and TPOs

This is an Giant Oak Tree in Loxwood that was lightly reduced and dead wooded. We then cut the overhang away from the house and cut the snapped out branch back to a growing point.

The tree is thought to be over 450 years old and is on the Tree Register. (Unique record of notable and Ancient trees in Britain and Ireland)

TPO stands for Tree Preservation Order.

If you have problems with an old or ancient tree that may be on the tree register or have a tree that has a TPO and need constructive advise on either saving it or removing it, then please call us.
